At Tonerider, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance audio electronics and guitar pickups. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all wiring, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
